Is the ordered product manufactured specifically for me?

Yes, we start manufacturing the product only after you have placed the order.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

We manufacture all products on demand, therefore it might take up to 7 business days.

Where are the products manufactured?

All our products are manufactured in the European Union. Thanks to that we have full control over the production process.

When can I contact Customer Service?

Customer Service works from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. However, you can send us an e-mail anytime. We do our best to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours.

Do I need to register in the store to place an order?

No you don’t. All orders are made without registering or creating an account.

While shopping

Does the price displayed on the item also include the delivery fee for the product?

No. The delivery fee is added to the entire order at the time of finalizing the transaction.

How to choose the right size?

Clothes are manufactured according to the standard size. Each product has a "Size chart" in which all details are given.

Can I collect the order in person?

At the moment, we only run mail order sales and it is not possible to collect the order personally.

Can I provide another address for shipping the order in the order form (for example to work or to another person)?

Yes. The parcel may be sent to an address other than the address of the Ordering Party.

Will I receive confirmation by e-mail after placing an order?

Yes, every transaction with our store results in receiving confirmation at the email address you have provided.

Will I be informed about the progress of my order? How can I check the status of the order?

Yes, you will be informed by e-mail at every important stage of your order. In addition, you can always check the status of the order on the site by providing the order number and your email address.

What should I do if the order does not reach me?

Why didn’t I receive an email confirming the order or shipping?

Check the Spam folder in your inbox. Occasionally, our correspondence may be classified as spam. If it’s still missing, please contact Customer Service.

Has my order already been sent?

The order has arrived

Can I return the purchased product?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Please inform our Customer Service about the willingness to return the purchased goods. Returned products can not be worn, washed or damaged. They must contain all original stickers and labels. Add proof of purchase and a return form to your parcel.

How will I get a refund?

You will receive a refund in the same way you paid for the product.

Recommendations regarding the care and washing of our products can be found on the label attached to the product and in the store in the product description.
